Terms & Condition
COMPANY’S AGREEMENT:
SEGMENT SURGICO believes in the highest moral values and business ethics. Once a contract is made with a customer, we strongly aim at following it in its true spirit regarding the quality of the product, packing, timing, or any other specific needs of the importer.
PRICES:
Prices are stable for one year, after which they may be subject to a change depending upon the general price increase of steel. Product prices are revised according to raw material and craftsmanship at year-end.
MINIMUM ORDERS (MOQ):
For regular orders, our MOQ for each model is 50 units. But you can order whatever you want.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We require an advance payment of 50% of the face value of the total order. The rest of the payment shall be made before delivery, during which the customer is open to examining/checking their delivered items. All goods remain the property of SEGMENT SURGICO until paid in full. We accept payment by Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.
LOGO & PACKAGING:
Usually, we packed all the items in Bulk packaging without any logo but if the customer requires we can implement the customer logo on each Instrument and also can pack in customer-required packaging like Poly Bag, Blister with Cards, PVC Pouch, Leather Bag, Boxes, etc.
FREIGHT AND SHIPPING CHARGES:
Freight and shipping charges may be added depending on the nature of delivery unless otherwise stated. We can ship customer orders as per customer advice by Post, DHL, FedEx, and By Air Cargo or by Sea. For Russian Customers, we offer a duty-paid shipment to their door.
FILING CLAIM:
A great deal of effort is made on packing your order with great care, please inspect the merchandise thoroughly for any loss or damage immediately upon receipt and file a claim with the forwarding agent. Concealed loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
